Not sure how to customize Zen settings, and I'm only familiar with overclocking Ryzen 1000 series. Your Vcore might be too high. Check the guide here: https://www.tweaktown.com/guides/8506/ry...index.html. When you set four cores (actually two cores with four threads), did Fortnite really utilize all four? If not, process lasso probably won't help much.
