It seems like you're checking something out. Let me know what you'd like to discuss!
Maybe I should have waited for the 9800x3D or the 9950x3D, but I got the 7950x3D for just 540€—now it's over 700€ hehe.
It's quite unusual having a CPU that prefers warmth. As @Agall and I discussed earlier, you can't directly compare the AM5 CPU to any other architecture. The AM5 design is unique. For managing the fan curve, you can adjust it to run as high as possible without noticeable noise—like setting it at 37% for a flat profile. Avoiding loud sounds is key. I suggest watching the videos I shared to observe the CPU's performance and understand why a cooler becomes essential around 95°C.
Hey there! You earned 2000 points back from the performance game. Seems great! No need to stress. Begin enjoying those video games!
I almost matched your fan setup exactly, but stopped until it hit 80 degrees. Used to think high fan speed meant trouble because the CPU would get too hot. Hopefully AMD didn’t say these things could last continuously at 89 degrees. I’ll check those videos tonight before sleep.
