Issue fixed by deleting all RAM. Then I adjusted the RAM to slot number 2 (one part) and the system functioned properly. Finally, I put in the remaining RAM and everything worked fine.

I encountered the same issue and resolved it by rearranging the RAM modules. I had identical RAM sticks—same frequency and capacity (8GB)—but different production years. You might verify this on the label inside the RAM stick, depending on your brand’s specifications. Once I adjusted the order, it worked perfectly! Give it a try.

Hello, I understand your issue. The red LED between the CPU and DRAM indicates a potential problem. It might be related to the fan change or a hardware fault. You may want to check connections, test with another CPU, or consult a technician for further diagnosis.

I encountered a comparable issue where the computer wouldn't post, even though the status lights were toggling between CPU and DRAM. I had to adjust the bent pins in the CPU socket on my motherboard, which resolved the matter.

I resolved the issue by resetting the CMOS and taking out a stick of RAM.
