Boards have unusual behaviors sometimes. My board didn't like the first RAM kit I tried and forced me to return it when it wasn't needed. It came back with a "could not duplicate issue" notice. After replacing the RAM with an orange DRAM, red CPU, and white VGA light during startup, my VGA light stayed white for a while without any clear reason. No other strange problems have appeared. I've never seen anything like this before—usually only white if no issues are found, but newer boards seem to handle it differently. Overall, my system appears to be working properly. If you notice any stability problems or other issues, it might be worth checking further.
Please let me know if you can run Windows without the boot LED. Your system should still work properly even if the LED remains on.
