I’m changing my older machine. RAM, power supply, and CPU all seem to be fine. I swapped in a new CPU but the white debug light stays on. It’s unclear what to do next… it won’t boot. The system details are: B450M, BAZOOKA, MAX WIFI, 32 GB DDR4 RAM, 850W power supply, RYZON 6500X, 500 GB SSD.

Checked if the motherboard BIOS was updated to 7C87v17 or later before installing the new CPU.
