You just assembled a new PC and are trying to access the BIOS. When you power it on, the RGB lights and fans activate, but there’s no screen display and the motherboard boot light appears. The only functional component is your GPU. You’ve already tested booting with one RAM stick, without the SSD, and after replacing the old CMOS battery, you got a new PSU, motherboard, RAM, and SSD. Your CPU was used and you suspected it was the issue, so you took it to repair. Despite those changes, it still won’t boot. Here are your system details: CPU – Ryzen 5 5600 (repair), GPU – Asus TUF RTX3060 TI (used), Motherboard – MSI B550 Tomahawk Max Wi-Fi (new), PSU – Corsair Rm850e (new), RAM – 2x16 Vengeance RGB Pro Intel XMP certified (new), SSD – WD Black 770 1TB (new).

Check for any compatibility issues first. If none exist, consider factors that might affect your situation.

LED on boot often indicates an issue with the BIOS or Windows. Have you checked for updates?

I haven't managed to reach the BIOS yet, but the motherboard indicates it's compatible with the Ryzen 5000 lineup.

I believed the CPU was the issue, so I sent it to AMD for fixing, but it didn’t work afterward.

They likely fixed a component, often the CPU, unless it’s severely damaged. It’s unclear if it works with another CPU unless you attempt a boot.

I believe they sent me a fresh CPU, though I marked it as repaired on the title since I’m still uncertain.

I discovered the problem! It didn't work with HDMI, but it functioned with DisplayPort!
