Searching for a clear result online proved difficult. I'm trying to push my RAM speed up to 3600 from its XMP setting of 3200, but progress is slow. The main concern is that when the system doesn't boot, the CPU debug light activates instead of the RAM indicator. This suggests the issue might be with the CPU rather than the RAM. I'm using an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max CPU with a Ryzen 3600.

Overclocking RAM involves two main steps: first, boosting the RAM voltage, and second, instructing the CPU's memory controller to access the RAM at a high frequency—1800 times per millisecond. Occasionally, you also adjust the SOC voltage, which can affect stability if the CPU lights up.
