Hello, I began assembling my PC and encountered a typical red light indicating a DRAM issue. I searched extensively online for solutions, including a CMOS battery reset for five minutes. I removed two RAM modules and tested them individually in each slot, leaving one in the A2 slot. I updated the BIOS from Gigabyte support to the latest version released on December 3rd. I took the CPU out, cleaned the thermal paste, and added a bit more on the first attempt—though it ended up on the sides. No chip damage was visible. I inspected the pins and reinserted the CPU successfully. I double-checked all connections several times. Motherboard model: B650 AORUS ELITE AX V2; RAM: Silicon Power XPower Pulse Gaming (SP032GXLWU60AFDJ); CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X; PSU: Corsair RM750x M2 (top model in MOBO); GPU: Not installed. After reviewing the QVL list, I didn’t find this RAM unless I overlooked it. Right now, I’m running out of ideas and am considering purchasing one slot of RAM for testing. Since Christmas is approaching, I don’t expect a replacement soon. Would it be better to try another RAM stick now or focus on finding compatible options first? What are the best RAM choices for this motherboard? Edit: My monitor never started up and it hasn’t even loaded the BIOS."
