It's a RAM debug indicator. Try reinstalling RAM one at a time. Wipe any debris from the contacts. Ensure the CPU power connector is firmly connected. Verify the CPU cooler is positioned correctly and applying sufficient force.

Did you find any RAM on hand? What are the details of your previous computer?

I have a home PC built around an Aquarium RGB cabinet. The motherboard is an X570 AORUS MASTER. I'm running Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-3600 C18 with 64 GB of RAM. Storage includes a GIGABYTE NVMe SSD of 512 GB and another Gigabyte 1TB NVMe SSD. The cooler is a Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB PRO 6-pack, paired with a 120 mm cabinet fan at 26 dBA. For liquid cooling, I use the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 CPU cooler. The processor is an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, and the GPU is an MSI Radeon RX 6900 XT GAMING Z TRIO 16G. Power supply comes from a Seasonic Prime PX 1000.

Did you reinstall the CMOS? Expect two connections: CLR_cmos or turn off power, remove the coin cell, press the power button ten times, then wait briefly.

I've already tried it twice, but pressing the power button didn't help.

And normally I wouldn’t give up, but this has been really tough. I’ve been trying for five days straight, just reading and reading, trying lots of things, but nothing seems to work. I managed to get it to turn on, but then I realized I missed a caple. Now everything is fine, and the yellow light on the motherboard is showing up, which means it won’t send a signal to my screen. I’m still working through it, but I’ve bought a new motherboard and RAM, hoping that helps. It just feels strange because it worked when I had it at home. Maybe I’m just unlucky—my RAM might be dead.

It's also possible your CPU is faulty. You might want to swap in another RAM and see if that resolves the issue.
