Looking at the photos, after flipping the lian li o11 dynamic EVO case and finishing the build, I hit a problem with the GPU being in the lowest slot and no room for a DisplayPort connection. I had to remove the isolation around the connector so it could fit. Placing it in the upper slot of MB isn’t possible due to the many A-RGB and fan connectors above it. Do you have any suggestions for solving this issue, or am I stuck with this setup?

It's best to place the top slot nearest the CPU, directly linked to it, where your GPU should be. This isn't a troubleshooting issue—you're causing problems by swapping the case.

Your GPU is placed in the nearest available slot to the CPU, as suggested in the manual. Using this setup can introduce issues if you take advantage of certain features. If a problem arises, it might seem like your actions caused the issue, similar to how wearing or tying shoes improperly could lead to problems. If this isn't related to troubleshooting, then it's probably not relevant.
