You’d pick the ASRock Z790 PG Lightning MSI MAG B760M MORTAR WIFI. It fits your needs best with DDR5 support and PCIe 5.0. The MSI and ASUS options are close in price, but Z790 offers a more reliable build for your requirements. H770 and B760 are better if you can wait for availability.

We don't have clarity on the remaining components of the build. Remember, PCIe 5.0 only matters if you avoid using any NVMe drives in PCIe 4.0 or higher configurations, otherwise it will default to x8. That means PCIe 4.0x16 is the relevant setup.

I’d pick the ASRock board. The VRM isn’t outstanding, but it performs adequately or even better than the others, offers the most features among them, and is the most affordable. Memory support should be comparable across these boards, so there’s no compelling reason against choosing this one.
