Warner Bros. created Arkham Origins, while Arkham City and Asylum were produced by Rocksteady, and the upcoming Arkham Knight will also be crafted by Rocksteady. However, nobody expressed their thoughts regarding BioShock Infinite?
I’d suggest checking out Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. You absolutely require a gamepad for this title due to its distinctive control system. The emotional impact at the conclusion was incredibly powerful, few pieces of media have ever moved me so deeply.
I completely concur. I played it using a keyboard and didn't experience any difficulty with the controls or anything else. It’s an outstanding game that employs gameplay elements and narrative in a truly captivating manner.
Several people didn't share my enthusiasm for Bioshock Infinite. I experienced it recently and found it excellent; I particularly preferred the aerial metropolis over the oceanic settings of the prior games. The narrative and characters were truly compelling, making it a worthwhile purchase. However, I wasn’t impressed with the gameplay mechanics – simply traveling from one location to another and encountering shooting galleries repeatedly. Ultimately, the story was the primary motivator for me to complete the game.
In my opinion, *Infinite* could have been stronger without drawing so heavily on *Bioshock*. The game’s systems and familiar elements clashed somewhat with its setting, and the Vigors felt like a forced addition intended to mirror *Bioshock*'s Plasmids. The first *Bioshock* focused on how the Plasmids (alongside certain beliefs) led to Rapture's downfall, while Columbia appears untouched by these powers.
The conclusion is truly thought-provoking, but looking back, I would have liked to see “*Bioshock*” simply represent a concept of cities shaped by ideology rather than the technological and magical elements that place both Columbia and Rapture within this somewhat connected world.
The game Infinite could have been stronger if it hadn’t resembled BioShock so closely, in my opinion. The gameplay and familiar elements of BioShock clashed somewhat with the setting, and the Vigors felt like a forced addition to substitute for Rapture's Plasmids. Initially, BioShock focused on how the Plasmids (alongside its underlying beliefs) led to Rapture’s downfall, whereas Columbia appears largely untouched by these powers.
The conclusion is genuinely thought-provoking, but I would have liked it better if the core concept had simply centered around ideological cities rather than the hybrid techno-magic that places both Columbia and Rapture within a similar reality.
I was considering completing BioShock Infinite.
I’m curious about the downloadable content though.
