Use the scrcpy app to manage my damaged phone. While entering the command in the command prompt, this warning appeared. Info: scrcpy 1.18 from Genymobile's site. adb reported missing devices/emulators and failed the push attempt.

I possess a vintage PC with a TOSHIBA SATELLITE running Linux Mint XFCE (current version). When USB_DEBUGGING is disabled on my Android device, I received this alert: "When USB_DEBUGGING is on, after the command scrcpy, the screen of my Android phone is displayed on my PC correctly."
