I wasn't sure if it was safe to turn on your PC with a screwdriver. I saw someone do it on YouTube by touching the power pins on the motherboard, just like I do since I don’t have a case. I’m not in a case right now because I’m saving for a better one and don’t want to spend on something low-quality.

It only affects those two pins, you can use any component as long as it shorts just them.
