I recently switched from a Zotac 3060 and AMD Ryzen 7 3700x to a Radeon 6950XT and Ryzen 9 5900x, and noticed some performance drops. The system feels slower and a bit laggy, with games running choppier than usual. I removed all Nvidia drivers using DDU and installed the required AMD drivers, but the issue continues. I tried adjusting settings in the BIOS, but nothing helped. I’m considering a fresh Windows install, though it seems minor enough not to be worth it. My CPU and GPU scores were low in UserBenchmark. I’m unsure what to do next.

The benchmark provided isn't trustworthy. Use another one instead.

UserBenchmark is a weak tool. Check your Memory/RAM speed settings. Activate XMP (or similar) based on your motherboard model. Ensure your BIOS is current. AGESA releases offer better stability and performance improvements.

UserBench works well for checking a card against itself, yet struggles with comparing two distinct cards. Both statements are incorrect.

It's not the RAM issue. They're already configured to the correct frequency.

It looks similar at GPU performance checks. The reports claim both my 5700 XT and RTX 3060 Ti are lagging when compared to their own stats. Then attempt a comparison between RTX 3080 and 6800 XT, but the outcomes contradict what reviewers say. https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nv...4080vs4089 The explanations seem confusing.
