Hey everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. My name is Miguel and this is my first message on the Forum. I'm reaching out because I'm facing some challenges with my setup. I have a Lenovo Y540 equipped with an RTX 2060 and an i7 9750H. While playing Assassin's Creed Shadows, I usually get around 30 stable frames per second, sometimes higher based on the environment. That’s fine, but here’s what’s unusual—I start recording gameplay through the Nvidia App, and the frame rate jumps to a steady 55-60 FPS without any stuttering. It stays that way until I stop recording. This definitely doesn’t seem right, and I’m trying to boost performance by using ThrottleStop to undervolt my CPU. I’m curious if anyone else uses this laptop or has tips on properly setting up ThrottleStop, especially since the guides I found don’t match what I’m experiencing with the latest version.
