Hi, I have a lenovo thinkpad e485. Running windows 10 64 bit. The display isn't turning on. Laptop still works fine with external monitor, but there is no visible damage on the LCD panel. The panel still worked fine just a few weeks ago and I've never touched it up until yesterday. I've tried reconnecting the display cable on the LCD and motherboard side with no results. The display cable itself is fine, as I've tested it with a different display. The laptop makes a musical tone that is supposed to be an error code diagnosable with the Lenovo PC diagnostics app. I installed the app on 3 different devices and none of them were able to pick up the error code up for some reason. Im wondering if anyone can help me out with this and especially identify the error code. It doesn't seem to be purely a display error as it seems (?) to sound different from the other display error smartbeep codes I've heard online? I could be wrong though. Thanks a lot to anyone who can help. I've attached the video of the smartbeep playing.
