I’ll place an order for a Lenovo Loqio. I need the i7 (13620H) with 4060 or the R7 (7840HS) with 4060. Which one suits better? In my area I’m unsure, but if I downgrade to 4050 I can get Intel there—should I go that route?

I’d likely pick the Ryzen with the 4060. Any choice you make will probably suffer from poor battery performance when not connected.
