I had a Legion 5i pro with an Intel i7-11800h and an RTX 3060 about two weeks ago, and my internet started dropping randomly. It happened mostly while I was playing Apex Legends every few hours, no matter if I used Wi-Fi or Ethernet. On Wi-Fi, the connection just refreshes itself; on ethernet, it stops working for a split second then comes back. There was no notification or error message, even though gaming makes me sensitive to these little glitches. I tried connecting to a different router at another place and got the same thing. Also, after reinstalling Windows, nothing worked. How could I troubleshoot this?

Welcome to the forums! A newbie? Did your laptop get a new BIOS update? Go here for the serial number at Lenovo's support page. Check if all your drivers are current there too. If that doesn't fix it, go ahead and delete those networking drivers from Device Manager, then reinstall the latest ones from the site.
