Thank you for the tech clarification. Just want to avoid any issues with CPU returns for models like 9700 or 9900 if they don't support PCI. I haven't found any details about Intel's web regarding PCI support in newer CPUs. GoldenLag Legacy PCI isn't PCI. If anyone has experience using a Z370 Pro4 with an i9/i7 and an old PCI slot, please share. Also, funny thing about using an i9 with PCI... and no RGB lights? Haha... manufacturers should fix this gap with better boards that support beauty in 2019 and older PCI versions.
See what I've written. Its bridged anyway. You can also get a PCIe to PCI Adapter, I linked one of them above... I recommend NOT using that Board because of the Power Consumption of the i9... So you better look at other solutions. And also wait a week and think about the thing you want again...
I’d suggest checking out the MSI Z370 PC Pro or Gigabyte Z370 HD3P. Both fit your budget and have PCI support. Power usage is around 95W TDP, similar to the 8700K and 9700K, but it climbs to about 170W under turbo. These options should work well with your setup.

The card suggested by Stefan Payne won’t fit a full-height slot stacked on top of it, so you’d need a half-height PCI slot blank above it to secure the card and use a flexible riser to extend the bus. It’s good luck your chassis has a vertical graphics card mount; otherwise, you’ll need to replace the motherboard with a micro-ATX or mini-ITX model and install a right-angle PCI riser along with the flexible cable.
