I purchased a MSI Z690-P Pro to pair with a 13600k graphics card. After assembling it, the debug lights are shifting from red to yellow and back again. As a beginner, I’m unsure what this means. Could it indicate an outdated BIOS that doesn’t support the latest chipset? I’d appreciate any guidance you can offer. The components I used include a 13600k, Peerless Assassin 120 MSI Z690-P Pro Ripjaws, 32GB 3600 C16 P5 Plus Sapphire, 6700 Lancool, and Antec NE750G.

Begin with ensuring the BIOS is current. If your hardware can't be updated, you'll need a compatible processor or someone with one.
