I have the MSI H310M board with an i3-7100, an EVGA 1050 and 16GB RAM at 2400mhz. The DRAM ez debug LED is active. After swapping in some known working RAM, the LED remains on. When I power on the PC, everything turns on—fans spin, the LED moves from CPU to RAM, waits ten seconds before shutting down and restarting this cycle. The monitor shows no signal and says "no signal." Removing the graphics card to boot without RAM still results in nothing appearing. Booting without any RAM keeps the system running. This suggests the RAM slots on my motherboard might be defective.
