The CPU light comes on white briefly, then stays on for a second before the DRAM light flashes and both turn off. After replacing the motherboard, I faced several problems while rebuilding. I tried booting without RAM, placed RAM far from the CPU, reset the CPU and cooler, and verified no thermal paste was left. This suggests it might not be a CPU issue but something else. I delayed rebuilding because I was worried about the PC not starting.
