LED on MOBO works, yet the PC fails to upload.
My friend is dealing with a few issues on his PC. After replacing the RAM and reseating it, the system wouldn’t boot. Removing the battery helped reset the CMOS and partially resolved the issue, but after reinstalling the GPU, the computer still wouldn’t power on. We adjusted the BIOS settings to change graphics options, yet the machine remains unresponsive. The fans are running, the cooler light is on, but all peripherals and the monitor don’t work. It’s unclear what’s causing the problem now since we thought we fixed it earlier.
