Usually, turning off my PC causes the LED on my mouse to turn off too. But lately it remains lit even after shutdown. ICUE is turned off. I’m using a Corsair Harpoon RGB(Wired).

Certain motherboards retain specific USB connections via 5V standby power from the supply unit. This can be handy for activating BIOS Wake-on-key or mouse events. If you prefer, you can adjust BIOS settings to disable power to those ports or redirect your mouse to non-powered areas during shutdown. Many boards also offer a dedicated feature for charging devices like phones while the system is off, often marked with a distinct icon on the IO shield.
