Hey! It sounds like the power supply unit might be the issue. The PSU fan isn’t spinning, which could mean a faulty PSU or a loose connection. The RAM lights up but the system doesn’t boot, suggesting a hardware problem. Check the PSU connections and consider replacing it if you suspect that.

Replace the CMOS battery. If that doesn't work, reposition the core parts. It's probable the connection isn't correct if you've only reassembled. A similar error happened when I misplaced a case header. Verify your power and reset headers are in the proper positions. Good luck!

It seemed to stop working unexpectedly. After restarting it, it didn’t come back online. Try reinserting the GPU, verify all connections, then remove the case and connect only the motherboard to power externally. Expect some warning messages, which usually means it’s still functional.

It hinges on how you interpret 'rebuilt.' If it means stripping the CPU and/or cooler, it might connect to the CPU. PGA can act as a B when coolers are taken out, since pulling the CPU from the socket isn't unusual. If you didn’t touch the CPU or cooler at all, I’d check another place because that part is usually the last thing to consider with PGA sockets. It’s simple to bend pins without much effort.

Remove the RAM and check for errors during boot attempts. If errors appear, reinstall one stick at a time. If none show up, the problem likely lies with the CPU, motherboard, or power supply.
