You recently installed the CPU cooler and attempted to boot the system. Only the CPU LED is illuminated. When trying to access RAM, no stick appears to be inserted and specifications remain unavailable. The motherboard has an I5 11600K MSI MPG Z490 gaming chipset with a 16GB HyperX Fury 3600 RAM module.
