Hi Everyone, I just built my first PC about a month ago. Everything is brand new and there were no problems initially. Nowadays, when I try to turn it on, I sometimes see a black screen and the VGA error light turns red on the motherboard. But after a hard reboot, everything works again. I’ve checked all cables, connections, and the GPU is properly seated. I have the latest driver but not the newest BIOS (current version is F30). Could this be a BIOS issue or is my PSU the cause? I’m worried my new PC might not work at all.

OS: Windows 11 64bit CPU
GPU: ASUS PRIME RTX 4070
PCB: Gigabyte Aorus Elite AX V2
RAM: Kingston fury beast 6000MHz 32GB DDR5 - kf560c30bbek2-32
Power Supply: Seasonic G12 GM-850W
Cooler: Deepcool AK620
