Här har jag intill gälliv och gällivar gälliv. Do you have iGPUs available to test without connecting your dedicated GPU? Could the PSU be the issue? Would you like an alternative cable before trying further? Also, please share your specifications.

I have indeed tried IGPU still same issue. I am waiting to get some cash to buy a new PSU. And at the moment I am unsure what the specs are but I can come back with the specs as soon as I am done with work.

You could be fortunate to have another VGA cable available, though it's uncertain. The specifications would certainly assist.
