Hello, your friend is disconnecting from the Minecraft server, but it’s not happening in other servers either. Several players are experiencing the same problem. We’ve looked online for solutions, but most suggest it’s a rare occurrence. The issue seems consistent, and the error points to a connection failure. I’m unsure how to further investigate. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Everyone’s safety is important.

The host computer's internet speed is unknown, there are no plugins installed, and your friend's speed is faster than the current issue.

I should have made it clearer that the server is hosted by mcprohosting. If you have any ideas on how I can check the server’s internet performance, please share. This setup appears to be a standard vanilla server unless mcprohosting adds anything extra. Also, my friend’s connection looks good—about 66mbps download and upload speeds, with normal ping times.

So then it seems trickier to determine, but the device that hosted the server might have had connection problems at that moment or it could just be Minecraft's behavior.

It seems you'd like to open a support ticket. Would you like me to help you draft one?
