Confucius emphasized reflecting deeply on your questions just as you would on how others approach their responses.

If you need the shortest possible request, search Google for the answer.

I noticed the instructions on Google about adding your IP to the address bar. However, the connection isn't working and you're seeing delays or errors. Double-check your steps and ensure everything is set up properly.

Enter your router or modem’s IP address in the browser. Adjust the protocol if needed—use https:// or http://. Most routers handle encryption well. Check your private IP address; formats like 192.168.0.xxx suggest a local IP of 192.168.0.1, while 192.168.1.xxx usually means 192.168.1.1. You can find your external IP by searching online or using a service that displays it.

I'm trying to do it, but it takes a while—about 30 seconds to load, then it tells me the site is slow and unreachable.

It seems the incorrect IP or another problem is present. Check the router for any labels indicating the IP, user, or password. If using Wi-Fi, consider connecting an Ethernet cable directly from the computer to the router/modem. Run a command prompt and type arp -a to see if the management IP appears.

Type "ipconfig" in the command prompt. You'll notice the default gateway appears—this is usually your router.

At home, your router remains your main connection point.
