I think it removes that yellow hue but I’m going to say it resembles BF2 with SFX on.
It's mainly the post-processing effects that impact performance, but the hit is minimal. If SweetFX's SMAA feature lets you disable the slow MSAA in games, it could actually improve your frame rate. A 970 would handle BF4 smoothly at 1080p. Your G3258 might struggle, but the CPU won't be affected.
