Search for a compatible SDK for your RGB device. I recall Asus previously provided one to work with their Aura products.

ASUS provides an SDK for their Aura series, MSI has a downloadable guide for Mystic Light, and Gigabyte offers a SDK for the RGB Fusion. ASRock doesn’t seem to have one listed. Which motherboard are you using?
