They play quite differently. Jhin focuses on full ad to quickly overwhelm champions, while Jinx leans into high ATK speed for sustained damage in prolonged fights. For Jhin, I’d highlight full ad marks and quints; for Jinx, either ATK speed marks or ATK damage marks with ATK speed quints—preferably the latter since she starts with limited AD and scaling MR could leave her vulnerable.
