This is happening to myself and my friends they are also using RTX cards. My card is a RTX 3070 I thought it was nvidia drivers being the issue but you are using a 5700 xt? I discovered the fix. I used the instructions from the video, and it improved the gameplay, made it run better, and my FPS stopped increasing anymore.
