After five days of development, the game launches today with a frame rate cap of 30fps. Previously, it operated at approximately 150fps. My specifications are not the issue, and I have been unable to find a solution online. I have attempted Vsync off, reinstallation, and the Hextech repair tool. This issue only occurs in League of Legends, and other games function correctly. My graphics drivers and temperatures are up-to-date. My system specifications are as follows: R5 2600, Vega 56, 16GB Ram.

Radeon Software was recording the client on the desktop instead of the game; this is why it consistently recorded the client rather than the game when I switched to a game.

Hello, I wanted to add that I experienced similar issues with a Vega 64 and Ryzen 3700X. The problem occurs when recording the desktop; League of Legends in full-screen mode behaves as if it’s running in the background. Switching to windowed mode increases FPS but introduces microstuttering. This only happens within League of Legends, and it has not occurred in other games. Thank you very much; I don't know how long it would have taken to identify this error without your guidance.
