You understand if it mentions gaming with flashy LED lights, it means it’s the top choice.
A good office chair is just as effective as any gaming chair.
It’s nearly impossible to purchase a chair without using it; what feels comfortable to one person might not for another, and you can’t judge that just by seeing pictures.
I’m confident many people on TikTok will share their reasons for buying a chair through sponsored content.

I own this desk chair for several years:
https://www.staples.com/Staples-Hyken-Te...ct_2257054
It has performed very well, particularly with younger family members.
I have tried numerous discount chairs under $100 USD. Many of these quickly fell apart within a few years.

Visit several stores and actually use the chairs, moving around as you would at home. Head and neck support are advised.
Learn about ergonomics before purchasing.
Inspect the chair’s construction carefully, especially if you need to assemble it yourself.
Notice what supports are in place. The material beneath the wheels often determines durability.
I’ve noticed that most desk chair mats fail to last, no matter how much you pay for them.
Chairs should be able to move freely without getting stuck in dimples or cracks.

I just don't like mesh chairs, but I understand that I've sat in about ten of them and really disliked them.
