Downloaded Just Cause 3 but it won’t start. I’ve checked signing in, clearing cache, and tried it with another account via Family Share. The system reports GTX 970 (I5 4460) with Windows 10, but all components are factory clock speeds—still no launch.

I don’t recall this exact problem, but I remember facing similar challenges with the game. What helped was choosing the Optimal Settings in Nvidia GeForce Experience prior to starting. Hope this assists.
