Check the Ryzen Master settings for the PBO menu and select the appropriate mode, then change it to Disabled from the Auto options.

Ensure the BIOS is configured with Auto or Manual settings before using Ryzen Master. If you never selected Auto OC or manual mode in Ryzen Master, it will remain disabled by default.
