Hey, with this latest Windows update, the sound settings are all messed up. My inputs aren’t responding properly—Behreren Xenyx Q802USB isn’t working, but the output is fine. Logitech G933 and Roccat Jukke also have issues, and the Virtual Audio Cable is affected too. Got any tips on fixing this? I’ve reinstalled all the drivers already. Current Windows version is 10.0.17134.

Is this the sole option? Since I have numerous items set up, updating settings would be quite challenging.

Are you sure the speaker is using XLR to an interface? If so, experiment with the interface settings. I understand it's a USB speaker (like the Behringer ones), but you can use an adapter to convert USB to XLR and connect it to a different interface.

It connects from the XLR mic to the mixing desk, then via USB to my PC. It functioned properly until now. I don’t want to buy new hardware or cables—I already have a messy cable setup.

Close all your programs and navigate to: Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone. Ensure "Allow apps to access your microphone" is checked. If needed, proceed to the Sound panel, select the Recording tab, verify your microphone is enabled for communication and set it as the default. Right-click the microphone and confirm both options are active. Double-click it to access settings and verify everything is correctly configured.

Yea, that would help if the Problem wasnt with Windows Registry. Failed to Open Input Device: pAudioClient -> Initialize return error -2147024891 (0x80070005) I tried Windows Shell Command: sfc /SCANNOW
