Hello. For your first PC build, you need to decide whether to reinstall older BIOS versions before upgrading to the newest one. The Z790 Mag tommohawk board supports updates, but it’s best to check compatibility and follow manufacturer guidelines.

The latest update package is ready. Your motherboard should be able to upgrade itself via the BIOS; check that setting first as it’s considered safer.

I recently had mine a few months ago, quickly moved to the latest BIOS. Don’t worry about the logo changes—it’s normal. There’s also an issue where pressing the power button again switches you into flash mode, but the PC won’t turn back on until you do it once more.
