MS released the 1511 iso from the win 10 tool, ensuring upgraders get the 10240 iso now. Avoid using Win 7 or 8 keys during installation. EDIT: MIGHT BE FIXED NOW http://arstechnica.com/information-techn...-now-back/

the november update...ms removed the iso file due to issues and swapped it with the previous version

It's "Threshold 2," the initial significant Windows 10 release. However, because of privacy concerns, it was removed. Yet, I believed they had resubmitted an updated version.
