Hi, sorry to bother you. I purchased a new PC recently and it arrived today and ive been playing Path of Exile 2 and after around 2 hours or so the screen just freezes and im unable to CTRL ALT DEL or anything the screen just stays frozen until i force restart the PC by holding down the power button. Is there any software i can download that would be able to show what is happening for that type of situation? I know there is software for BSOD but i wasnt sure if there was also software available for freezing. This issue has happened 3 times so far. AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI Motherboard RTX 5090 GPU Windows 11 24H2 latest windows update

Where did you purchase it? You could contact the retailer and inquire about it, as it's crucial they're aware should any problems arise. Would you like me to explore alternative games to check for similar issues?

Occasionally a warning appears in Event Viewer just before the system crashes, but more usually you're just guessing at the missing components until you identify the problem.
