ClockTuner is now compatible with the Ryzen 5000 series. According to Yuir (1usmus) Bubily, the update required extra time because of the intricate Zen3 design. The tool also adds CTR HYBRID OC, a feature described by Videocardz.com as a special profile that enhances performance in both multi-threaded and single-threaded tasks.
