I'm searching for games with huge open worlds where you can roam freely and do whatever you like. I don't care if they're grounded or space-based, and I want options that let me spend countless hours exploring. Any genre works—RPGs, FPS, racing, crafting, survival—just what you need: something engaging for long sessions. Thanks!

Dragon Age: Inquisition offers expansive worlds with plenty of exploration. Kotaku’s review highlights its vast regions, though it’s not overly large. The game is part of the Borderlands series and provides a rich setting. It’s definitely more than just a small area—there are many places to discover.

You might also look forward to Mass Effect 4, which appears to use Frosbite 3—the same engine behind DA:Inquisition. This suggests we can anticipate vast areas to explore. The narrative is also fresh, likely avoiding the need to play the initial three titles. Still, I recommend at least going through the first two and three to grasp the lore in the MEverse.

Kerbal Space Program is the top game ever. It spans the scale of a whole solar system, and you can explore it if you're willing to put in the work. It requires some planning and effort, but you'll gain valuable knowledge along the way!

I already have Skyrim and I played Dragon Age Origins Ultimate, so I might give the Inquisition a shot. I’m not really into MMOs, but I’m curious about something new—something underrated but awesome. Thanks a lot!

DFO may restart if needed. It's one of the biggest uninterrupted games globally.

I'm spending a lot of time on Arma 3, particularly since the 3rd mod is no longer available.

DFO is short for Digital Forensics Officer, but you're not a big fan of Arma?
