I tried several steps to fix the issue with my Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14IAL10. First, I downloaded and installed the drivers from Lenovo’s site, but none worked for the trackpad or touch display. Then I ran Windows Update, which said everything was up to date without any controller updates. Finally, I used automatic driver tools like EaseUS and Snappy Driver, but nothing helped. What should I try next?

Yes, I downloaded the Lenovo Vantage software for managing updates. Check Device Manager for any yellow "!" indicators.

You’ve saved the Lenovo Vantage app but haven’t seen any controller updates. Instead, you have an older BIOS version than your current one. In Device Manager you see entries like “SM bus controller,” “simple comunication PCI controller,” “PCI devices,” “Intel PPM package,” a “serial port PCI,” and three unidentified items labeled “Unknown device.”
