Hi everyone, I'm trying to assist a friend whose laptop keeps crashing unexpectedly, showing a black screen and requiring a reboot. The machine is a Teclast 15 with an Intel Celeron N4120 processor, 8GB RAM, running Windows 10. I've confirmed the OS is up to date, but the problem continues. I reviewed the event logs and noticed several errors/warnings, particularly around "WHEA-Logger, Event Id 1." I've attached the log exports for anyone who might help interpret them. I'm considering a fresh Windows install, but I'm not sure if that would resolve it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. test.evtx
