Recently my sister's laptop has been experiencing strange problems. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, the Rainmeter disappears, and a duplicate Wi-Fi with a different name appears only on her laptop. Her background image keeps turning black, and the device runs a bit slower. She mentioned accidentally connecting to the duplicate Wi-Fi as described. This issue has started recently. I need assistance or a solution, and I'm currently running an antivirus scan. Also, the Windows updater isn't working properly; it's still on Windows 10 version 1909, and the updater doesn't detect any updates.

Make and model of the laptop along with its SKU. It appears your OS has become corrupted. Before attempting a reinstall, try removing the WiFi hotspot your sister connected to. If that doesn't resolve the problem, consider reinstalling from scratch and installing all necessary drivers manually. This approach may be more efficient than searching for a solution. If you're using Windows 10, let me know your current OS version.
