Laptop or PC that failed to power on after a single power loss is experiencing an issue.
I just assembled the PC using the parts from the link you shared. After setting it up in BIOS, I connected the Windows installation drive and exited without issues. When I tried to turn it on, nothing happened, and the monitor shut down because there was no signal. I attempted to power it off but the front switch didn’t work, so I cut power from the wall. Once I reconnected the power, the system wouldn’t start at all. The PSU passed the test, and the power button didn’t fail. I’m concerned the board might be damaged, though I wasn’t expecting it to brick after a single power loss. Could there be something I missed? Any tests to check if the hardware is still functional?
