Your laptop model is an Asus TUF FX505Dt with the specifications you mentioned. The control Alt and Del keys aren’t working, and your screen freezes completely even when only Google is running. First, I’d check that the BIOS/Firmware and drivers are current. If the problem continues, I’d attempt a fresh installation of Windows. Should that fail, I’d consider a potential hardware fault.
